Responsibility：
1. Lead the warehouse operation team to improve the efficiency, service level and professional level of the team;
2.Establish and implement the warehouse SOP; train and ensure the team's operations comply with the SOP;
3.Supervise and guide the daily work of the operation team on site, correct the non-conforming operation behavior in time;
4.Prepare a weekly attendance report;
5.Supervise and ensure the safety of personnel and cargo in operation area;
6.Manage the stock of non-stock items (such as pallets, protective equipment, operational consumables, etc).
Qualification：
1.Bachelor degree or above, major in logistics or English is preferred；
2.Extensive warehouse operation and inventory management skills, team management experience is preferred;
3.Good communication skills and customer service awareness.
